✦ There can be additional charges if your request is deemed too complex.
— However, I generally try to avoid too complex of a commission request that is above my capacity.
— If it exceeds your budget, we can discuss options on how to best adapt your request to your limit.
— If you have any questions regarding it, feel free to contact and discuss with me directly.✦ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
— If I cannot fulfill it, you will be refunded.✦ Any attempts to push or bait me into drawing that which I deem uncomfortable will result in blacklisting you from commissioning me ever again.
— I do not, under any circumstance, tolerate this kind of behaviour. I am very firm about this.
GENERAL + USAGE
➤ All completed commissions are for private, non-commercial use to the respective client.
— You may use the commission for personal things (e.g., backgrounds, icons, headers, etc.) but, you are not allowed to use the commission for any form of profit or monetary gain.➤ As the artist, I retain copyright on all my commissioned work (including development/process work).➤ It is prohibited to order a commission from me for the purpose of monetizing or re-selling the artwork.
— You are not authorized to sublicense the commission to another party for the purpose of monetizing or re-selling the artwork.➤ NONE of my works are permitted to be used for AI, NFT, cryptocurrency, or anything related.
— It is prohibited to sublicense others to reproduce and/or use my work in any form in relation to anything regarding AI, NFT, cryptocurrency, etc.➤ Credit me appropriately when using your commission.
— You are not allowed to remove or edit my signature on the commission.➤ Understand that I may post your commission on my social media or use it for portfolio examples.
— If you do not want me to post them on my social media, please let me know beforehand.
PAYMENT
✦ Payments will be processed through PayPal invoices only and are charged via USD. They will be finalized after discussing the commission in contact. It is required for you to provide a PayPal e-mail for me to send you the invoice.
— If you attempt to pay using bitcoin or any mode of cryptocurrency, I will immediately cancel your commission and deny you any future service.✦ Payment must be done prior in order to receive the commission. I will not begin or send the finished commission if the invoice has not been paid.
— If you would like to consider the option of split payments, feel free to discuss it with me! However, I will not begin the commission unless an initial payment of some form has been made.✦ Attempts at a chargeback when you have cancelled, abandoned, or already received the commission are not allowed and will result in immediate blacklisting and further consequences.
REFUND POLICY + CANCELLATIONS
✦ Full refunds are only eligible if I have not started on your request or if an event strikes where I can no longer continue with your commission.✦ You may be eligible for a partial refund if the commission has already past the rough draft but I have not done any revisions nor have started to finalize it.✦ No refunds are given once your commission is past the rough draft, whether cancelled or abandoned.
— I consider a commission abandoned if I have tried to contact you and you have not communicated within 1 month's time without a prior warning.
— You are also not authorized to use any of the work I provided in between and up until the commission was cancelled or abandoned.
PROCESS & DEADLINE
✦ My delivery time to fully complete a commission is between 1-2 months, depending on the complexity and scale of the request.
➤ If you really need the commission done by a specific date or time, you must discuss this with me beforehand. Additional charges may apply depending on the time-frame you are giving me to work with.
➤ If you find that you are not willing to wait for the allotted time, then I advise you do not go forward with commissioning me.✦ I ask that you please be patient as I do your commission, I am a full-time university student with ongoing health issues, I will do my best to keep you updated as much as I can as I am busy offline and can be slow. I do not want to rush your commission and negatively impact its result. Should any delays happen, I will always be available to contact if you have questions, concerns, or clarifications.
➤ Even if I am personally posting online, that does not mean I am not working. Any kind of rude behaviour will not be tolerated.✦ I will develop and send a rough draft to show the progress of your request at roughly 1 or 2 week(s).
You are able to ask for major revisions or changes during this time. I will continue to keep you updated as well as ask for any corrections or address concerns.
➤ I do advise that you should know or at least have an idea of exactly what you want when ordering a commission. If you repeatedly ask for too many changes that are drastically different from one another in every revision, I will start charging an alteration fee.
➤ If I provided multiple sketches for you to choose from, you cannot use the ones that were not chosen for your designated final.✦ Once I have finished finalizing it, I can do minor last-minute tweaks/adjustments (e.g., colour corrections, minor details, etc.) depending on what it may be. But, I will not accept any major changes beyond that point.
COMPLETION
✦ I will send the commission through the designated contact method as well as a Google Drive link or through e-mail if you have a preference.✦ If you were a previous client, you are free to ask me for a Google Drive link or e-mail of a previous commission I did for you.✦ I do not send the raw drawing file alongside the commission.
COMMISSION FORM

✦ By submitting an application, you agree to have read the ToS and will adhere to the guidelines and procedures that were written.✦ The form cannot be edited once submitted.
